Japan earthquake triggered a supply of raw materials for a variety of electronic devices shortage concerns. While still at great risk, but with the imminent resumption of production, in general, we believe that the industry worst-case scenario should not arise. However, silicon (especially 300 mm wafers) of resumption of production is still no clear timetable. Shin-Etsu Semiconductor (Shin-Etsu Chemical's wholly owned subsidiary) Shirakawa plant, SUMCO Yonezawa plant and MEMC Utsunomiya plant have been discontinued. We believe that these three plant capacity is roughly equivalent to 25% of global capacity.

Shirakawa plant and the Utsunomiya Plant resume shipments if May have little impact. Production capacity by 25%.

Yonezawa plant the impact appears to be relatively small, we expect to be able to plant no later than May resume delivery. If SUMCO can quickly enable its idle Imari plant capacity, and Shirakawa plant and the Utsunomiya plant is in May resume shipments and August can fully resume production, then we believe that vendors and customers overall inventory should be kept at a month on top in early 2012 and is expected to return to normal.

If Shirakawa plant and Utsunomiya plants are shipped in July and recovered after three months in order to fully resume production, then we believe that the overall inventory of vendors and customers will be reduced to less than one month, will continue until the end of tight supply. If the consignor postponed until September, so vendors and customers' inventory will be reduced to about half, which means that some customers will not be able to get their required amount of silicon.
